SSIDM passwords are stored using a one-way encryption method. This makes them very secure but also means that it is impossible to recover a lost password.

If you have forgotten your password you must either ask an administrator user to create a new one for you, or use the form below to have a new password created.

To reset your password, enter your Site ID and Email Address below. A new, random password will be generated and sent you by email, together with an activation link. Only when you click on the link will the new password be reset.
